A licensed broker must report or provide the following to CBP EXCEPT :
How to get there
19 CFR 111.28(b)(1)–(2): Employee information… For each employee, the broker must provide the name, social security number, date and place of birth, date of hire, and current home address. … (2) New employees. Within thirty (30) calendar days of the start of employment of a new employee(s), the broker must submit a list of new employee(s) with the information required under paragraph (b)(1) …
The list is specific, and misdemeanor arrest records aren't on it. (Felony convictions are handled separately: a broker needs CBP's approval to employ a convicted felon.) The answer is C.
Why the other choices are wrong
A) A statement that the broker hasn't engaged in § 111.53 conduct: part of the triennial status report an individual broker files under § 111.30(d).
B) Non-business mailing address for an inactive broker: § 111.30(a) requires brokers not actively transacting business to keep a non-business address on file and update it within 10 calendar days.
D) Change of qualifying member or officer: § 111.30(b)(1) requires the date and the successor's name within 10 calendar days.
Tip
Know the timelines: new or terminated employees within 30 days (§ 111.28(b)); address and organizational changes within 10 days (§ 111.30(a)–(b)); a triennial status report every third February 1 (§ 111.30(d)).
